Interacciones garrapata-hospedador-patógeno

    En 2017, los integrantes del laboratorio de Genómica, Proteómica y Biotecnología, perteneciente al grupo SaBio del IREC ha publicado 9 artículos científicos dentro del monográfico titulado “Tick-host-pathogen Interactions” en la revista Frontiers in Cellular and Infection Microbiology.

    Este tema de investigación proporciona una visión general de las interacciones moleculares conocidas entre la garrapata, el hopedador y los patógenos transmitidos y destaca cómo este conocimiento puede contribuir a nuevas estrategias de control y prevención de enfermedades transmitidas por garrapatas.
