Puche Gomez, Sara

Sara Puche is BSc in Biology from the Autonomous University of Madrid, Master in Wildlife Management by the University of Murcia and Laboratory Technician in Pathology and Cytology by the Specific Vocational Training Center of the Puerta de Hierro Majadahonda University Hospital in Madrid.

He has done internships at Brinzal Nocturnal Raptors Recovery Center in Madrid, at the environmental consultancy Engineering of the Natural Environment in Murcia and has collaborated as a volunteer in the Environmental Volunteer Camp in the National Park of Sierra Nevada and in different wildlife and environmental associations such as Ulula, Meles and Faunatura.

He is currently working as technical staff at the Institute for Research in Hunting Resources (IREC – CSIC, UCLM, JCCM) thanks to the Investigo Program: Recovery and Resilience Mechanism. As a member of the Research Group in Game Resources and Wildlife Management Sara does different jobs such as monitoring demographic parameters of wildlife in the field, capturing and taking samples of wildlife, remote monitoring techniques, statistical data analysis, carrying out experimental designs and preparing reports and scientific articles.

He currently enjoys a contract from the RESEARCH Program (Recovery and Resilience Mechanism) of the State Public Employment Service (SEPE).
