Saúl Jiménez is Graduated in Veterinary Medicine and Master in Animal Medicine, Healthcare and Improvement from the University of Cordoba. He has participated in several projects linked to the AGR-149 “Infectious Diseases” research group of the Animal Health Department of this University.
Currently he is enjoying a contract for research staff training co-funded by the University of Castilla-La Mancha and the European social fund. He develops his PhD thesis as a member of the Research Group in Health and Biotechnology (SaBio) of the Instituto de Investigación en Recursos Cinegéticos (IREC – CSIC, UCLM, JCCM), and it is entitled “Study of the transmission of diseases shared by domestic and wild ungulates and evaluation of biosecurity protocols as a control measure”.
