Herraiz Fernández, César

César Herraiz is Graduated in Natural Environment Engineering by the Polytechnic University of Madrid and Master in Management of Wild Fauna by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Murcia.

He has been a collaborator with the Oceanogràfic Foundation since 2017, in projects related to studies of ecology of sea turtle movement, distribution and abundance. During 2019 it was coordinator of the Center for the Recovery of Wild Fauna of the Community of Madrid (CRAS-Madrid).

He is currently predoctoral researcher of the Research Group in Health and Biotechnology (SaBio) of the Instituto de Investigación en Recursos Cinegéticos (IREC – CSIC, UCLM, JCCM), thanks to a grant from the Castilla-La Mancha Community Board (JCCM) co-financed by the European Social Fund for the training of research staff.
