    Throughout May and June 2021, the Instituto de Investigación en Recursos Cinegéticos (IREC – CSIC, UCLM, JCCM) and the Association of Friends of the Museum of Ciudad Real organized a cycle of conferences associated with the exhibition "The Hunt: An Evolving Challenge, which is housed in the Ciudad Real Museum and which has become the star informative event on the hunting world and the science it develops to promote sustainable hunting.

    The lecture series included on May 27, 2021 the lecture entitled “Hunting in the peninsular Middle Ages”, Which was given by Dr. José Manuel Fradejas Rueda, Professor of the Department of Spanish Language at the University of Valladolid.
