Manual for action against tuberculosis in wildlife

    The "Manual for action against tuberculosis in wildlife”Consists of 2 practical manuals that summarize all the scientific-technical information available to date to help professionals from the hunting and livestock sectors (ranchers, hunting managers and veterinarians) in the identification of the health risks derived from the animal tuberculosis and the measures available for its control both in extensive cattle herds and in hunting grounds.

    The edition of the manual has been financed from the “Project for the application of innovative measures for the early diagnosis and effective control of tuberculosis in extensive livestock and wildlife”, Developed by Tuberculosis Supraautonomic Operative Group (GOSTU), and has been coordinated by the Research Group in Health and Biotechnology (SaBio) of the Instituto de Investigación en Recursos Cinegéticos (IREC – CSIC, UCLM, JCCM).
