Scientific dissemination

One of the commitments of the Institute for Research on Game Resources (IREC - CSIC, UCLM, JCCM) towards society is to publicize our research work, which covers various aspects related to wildlife, game species and their environment, with special interest in conflict resolution. For this reason, we have included among our priority objectives communication and dissemination of scientific research carried out in our center and the promotion of scientific culture.

With the intention of bringing scientific activity closer to the public, IREC researchers organize and participate in various activities and events scientific communication and dissemination, such as fairs, workshops, courses, conferences, talks, round tables and science weeks, as well as open days.

On the other hand, in addition to disseminate scientific activity to the media developed by the different IREC research groups (projects, congresses, publications, seminars, conferences, etc.), we elaborate various types of communication and outreach materials, among which are included monographs, manuals, infographics, leaflets or brochures, to make them available to society and interested professional groups.
